Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of learners in various roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning theory. They will be able to design, develop, and deploy engaging course content using recognized models such as ADDIE and SAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create best-in-class learning programs that meet learning objectives and adapt instructional materials for various modalities, including ILT, online, and virtual training.
  • Author training material using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and Canva.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies to leverage experiential learning and accelerate development.
  • Develop course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who identifies problems, evaluates options, and initiates solutions. They will be motivated by challenges, have a positive outlook, and be able to build strong relationships with global stakeholders and learning team members.

Requirements
  • Two+ years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
