Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions, fostering skill development, and enhancing team performance.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing, organizing, and delivering training programs (virtual and/or in-person) for new hires and existing team members.
- Assessing training needs and customizing materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
- Facilitating interactive and practical training sessions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date training materials and resources in alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills.
The qualified candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use online training tools and platforms effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
