Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Specialist to create engaging and effective e-Learning content.
Responsibilities- Analyze client needs and gather information from various sources, including subject matter experts and research institutions.
- Design branded templates for content using software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Browse and select design elements that fit project requirements.
- Develop e-Learning content using software like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
- Implement gamification and scenario-based learning in materials.
- Peer review and approve content before presenting to clients.
- Manage the functions of our Training Management System.
The Learning Experience Specialist also supports internal business processes:
- Innovation – support and work on strategic plans and initiatives.
- Learning – ensure continuous development of skills or acquiring new skills.
- Internal Processes – support policies and guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred.
- 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Key Skills: instructional design, e-learning development, project management, analysis, design, development, gamification, scenario-based learning, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, training needs analysis, process mapping, visual display design principles.
