Job Description:

Administrative Role
  • Execute comprehensive audit processes by conducting follow-up calls to customers and identifying key concerns.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate key risk and control indicators for assigned audit areas.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
  • Perform audit-related investigations as directed by management.
  • Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational policies/procedures.
  • Ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in the current audit process.
  • Assist management in developing a comprehensive annual audit plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Delivers exceptional customer service experience over the phone by following established guidelines.

Schedules, confirms, and verifies order details.

Completes daily tasks efficiently, meeting productivity standards.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business administration activities and objectives.

Works closely with departments such as Marketing, Corporate, and other relevant teams.

Meticulously handles reports and admin matters, ensuring accuracy.

Willingly takes on ad hoc tasks to support business and customer needs.

Regularly examines data reports to identify and resolve errors.

Maintains databases and performs updates to ensure data integrity.

Creates business reports that provide insight into key data points, communicating results to management.

Upsells products by offering additional services and/or products to customers.
