We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. as a Mid-level Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian tax laws, accounting software, and business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and accounts for Australian clients and companies
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, GST, PAYG, and Superannuation returns
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients and management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian tax laws and accounting software
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Australian clients or companies
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and other relevant accounting tools
  • Strong understanding of Australian tax laws, BAS, GST, PAYG, and Superannuation
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:

This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or overtime required. The successful candidate will work in an office-based environment in Angeles City.
