Digital Transformation Senior Manager

The Digital Transformation practice provides business and technology advice from strategy to execution, helping clients solve complex challenges in today's integrated environment.

About the Role
  • Develop relationships with key clients, ideate industry level perspectives, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring high client satisfaction levels.
  • Lead engagements, collaborate with senior executives, their teams and our global network to identify process enhancements, policies, technologies and organization structures.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on complex issues including growth strategies, cost optimization, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
  • Define roadmaps, optimal target operating models and deliver transformation projects addressing evolving client needs.
  • Manage junior team members, providing project delivery and career development guidance.
  • Contribute thought leadership content, participate industry conferences and events enhancing the firm's reputation as a leading financial services consulting practice.

You are likely a Finance professional with:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-11 years experience including Consulting background, managing projects and communicating effectively; or strong Banking & Financial Services industry experience.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with senior executive level engagement record.
  • Agile, Scrum, PMP, Lean / Six-Sigma certifications advantageous.
