Patient Support Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient support and providing expertise in medical claims and insurance verification.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on various healthcare-related topics.
- Assist with appointment setting, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors' offices to secure authorization.
- Analyze and resolve patient disputes.
- Collect accurate insurance information and verify benefits and eligibility.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
- For individuals with a Medical Allied background, a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
- Ability to work in an onsite setup and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
