Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Property Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a neutral American accent, and at least 5 years of experience in managing others, building relationships, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sub-contractors across the country to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and team members to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to meet work requirements.

A bachelor's degree is preferred. This position requires a private room with functional and distraction-free workspace, as well as high-speed internet (25+ mbps) and a newer computer with good specs.

Requirements
