Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead project meetings, ensure effective communication, and drive project progress.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a call center industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on timeliness, quality, and budget management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities.
