Project Management Position

We seek an experienced professional to manage projects within the construction industry. This role requires expertise in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-project activities including estimating, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing cost-effective alternatives.
  • Contract setup and administration.
  • Post-contract project management including budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
  • Handover processes, operation, and maintenance services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
