Job Description
  • The Release Management Lead will manage and coordinate the end-to-end release management process for technology projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and implement release schedules to ensure seamless execution of project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential risks or challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures during release cycles.
  • Oversee the documentation of release plans, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release management processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of release processes for optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
  • Proven experience in release management or related roles within the technology department.
  • Familiarity with release and deployment tools in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex scenarios.
