Event Recruiter Job Opportunity

As an Event Recruiter, you will be responsible for selecting the best staff for each assignment, working closely with assigned customers to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selecting and booking promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
  • Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff via phone and email.
  • Evaluating, recording, and processing all promotional staff after each assignment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
  • Ideal experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing (2-5 years+).
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software.
  • Effective communication skills over phone and email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated individual.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
