Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment and Projects Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in both talent acquisition and project execution, particularly with a focus on events management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

· Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.

· Draft and post job advertisements in line with hiring needs.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.

· Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job offers and onboarding.

Project Coordination:

· Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all event and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

· Develop detailed project/event plans, timelines, and post-event reports.

· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

· Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

· At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and project coordination.

· Proficient in using job boards and other sourcing tools.

· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Comfortable working both independently and within a team.

· Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

· Willing to travel and oversee projects/events at various locations when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Background in employer branding, internal communications, interpreting events is a plus.

· Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
