JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contractor Recruitment:

  • Assist in identifying potential vendors through market research, industry contacts, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective vendors.

Contractor Evaluation:

  • Support the evaluation of contractors ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.
  • Assist in conducting preliminary assessments of contractor qualifications, capabilities, and financial stability.
  • Help compile and analyze contractor performance data and feedback for decision-making.

Onboarding and Integration:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors, including collecting necessary documentation, completing compliance checks, and setting up contractor profiles.
  • Ensure new vendors are integrated smoothly into the company's systems and processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to contractor recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support the creation of reports and presentations related to contractor recruitment activities.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for contractor recruitment and performance management activities.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for contractors regarding recruitment and performance-related questions, providing information as needed.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all contractor recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of contractor compliance and certifications.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process for contractors, including scheduling performance reviews and collecting feedback.
  • Track performance metrics and provide reports to the Recruitment Head.
  • Assist in addressing performance-related issues and developing improvement plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, particularly with recruiting or administrative support tasks.
  • Customer-service oriented; with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
