Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to support our growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality programming outputs to help keep construction projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.
    • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
    • On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
    • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
    • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.

As part of the application process, the client would like to review a couple of sample programs you have previously completed—both the PDF and the raw file. Ideally, these should showcase projects of different scales.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
