We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill a Customer Service Representative position.
Job Summary:This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service with every interaction.
- Resolve issues on the first contact with the caller and achieve quality results within a timely manner.
- Gather all necessary information for review.
- Develop proficiency in multiple communication platforms as needed.
- Maintain self-awareness, a willingness to learn, and an ability to accept coaching to improve performance.
- Strong communication skills, able to structure unstructured information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams and navigate multiple systems.
- Skilled in problem-solving and delivering quality results under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/communication skills.
- Passionate about continuous process improvement.
