We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill a Customer Service Representative position.

Job Summary:

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service with every interaction.
  • Resolve issues on the first contact with the caller and achieve quality results within a timely manner.
  • Gather all necessary information for review.
  • Develop proficiency in multiple communication platforms as needed.
  • Maintain self-awareness, a willingness to learn, and an ability to accept coaching to improve performance.
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, able to structure unstructured information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams and navigate multiple systems.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and delivering quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/communication skills.
  • Passionate about continuous process improvement.
