
Commercial Relationship Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage business relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct credit evaluations of client accounts, including calls and site visits.
- Analyze client businesses, financial capacity, management competence, collateral/security, and account profitability to recommend credit facilities.
- Improve the quality of the loan portfolio and maximize return on resources.
- Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets, marketing products/services, and offering tailored financial packages.
- Develop existing portfolios by conducting annual reviews of client credit facilities, expanding/deepening relationships with prime accounts, soliciting availments, increasing deposits/collateral business.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred.
- Working knowledge of international/local trade payments/rules/regulations, training in bank service policies/procedures, account profitability analysis, financial analysis, and credit approval preparation.
- Two years banking industry experience or five years experience in other industries.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications, marketing/presentation skills, excellent oral/written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
