Responsible for managing full-service banking relationships while providing exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of high net-worth customers; acquire new relationships through direct prospecting and by developing a network of internal and external referral sources; cultivate, expand and strengthen existing relationships through in-depth profiling and thorough financial needs assessment as well as understanding the customer's unique requirements and staying abreast of the customer's needs: devise customized financial strategies and alternatives and display creativity in formulating integrated solutions by acquiring a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust, wealth transfer and financial planning; engage the Bank's resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution and fulfill the customer's immediate and future financial needs; act as the Bank's conduit by referring opportunities to other lines of business, at the same time generate growth in the customer's balances through recommendation and referral of products across all businesses by utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach.
Qualifications:
- Has 3-4 years working experience in Relationship Management in a banking/financial institution
- Has experience in Sales and Marketing
- Has basic knowledge on investments and financial concepts
