Relationship Manager - Business Banking at RCBC. Generate new commercial loans for the Bank, develop the existing loan portfolio and cross-sell the bank's products/services while providing professional account management to meet portfolio growth, profitability objectives, and preserve asset quality. Establish, develop and maintain lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and market and deliver bank products and services within the bank â
s policies and governing laws and regulations.
- Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
- Recommends the establishment of credit facilities in accordance with the Bank's priorities and policies by analyzing/evaluating the client â
s business/industry, financial capacity, management competence, collateral/security, and account profitability. - Improves the quality of the loan portfolio and aims to maximize return on resources.
- Solicits credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and strategies, marketing the Bank's products and services, and offering a financial package tailored to client requirements. Increases market share, improves revenues, and enhances portfolio quality.
- Develops the existing portfolio by conducting an annual review of client credit facilities to ensure continued suitability, expanding and deepening relationships with prime accounts, soliciting availments, increasing deposits and collateral business.
- Bachelor â a9s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce. Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred.
- Working knowledge of international and local trade payments/practices, rules and regulations; training in bank service policies and procedures; account profitability analysis; financial analysis; and credit approval preparation.
- Two (2) years banking industry experience, or five (5) years experience in other industries.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications. Marketing and presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills.
