Key Roles and Responsibilities

The main function of this position is to oversee and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.


Essential Tasks and Deliverables
  • To provide customers with high-level service by responding to their queries received through inbound telephone calls and email
  • First point of contact to convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Manage and handle both inbound telephone calls and emails for the global customer service inbox on technical and product aspects while maintaining a high standard of customer care
  • Manage systems used to issue login credentials, user changes, and user requirements for online lookup tools
  • Collaborate with colleagues in various regions
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support by tracking issues, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources as needed
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports through sales force, ensuring accurate recording, documentation, and closure
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
