  • Receives and responds to technical customer service requests via various channels.
  • Utilizes databases to select the best processing method and explains the solution to the client.
  • Maintains accurate and complete records of all inquiries and problems handled.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Relevant Experience Required, but 2 years of experience is preferred.
Key Skills and Capabilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge
  • Research skills to resolve customer inquiries
