Technical Services Specialist

This role involves building and launching mobile platforms for clients, managing deployments, executing platform updates, and ensuring quality standards are met. A key contributor to delivering seamless onboarding experiences.
About the Job- Build client mobile platforms following established guidelines and best practices.
- Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
- Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with technical or software-as-a-service products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
