We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and provide valuable insights to drive successful outcomes.
- Guide clients through every step of the process, from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding.
- Maintain open communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations.
- Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
- Handle administrative tasks, including contract management and service agreements.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills — written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable.
- Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy.
- University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles.
Preferred Experience
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts.
- Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care.
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time.
