Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering media against accounts of medium to high complexity.

Your primary objective will be to drive outstanding results for the accounts assigned to you. This will involve configuring campaigns, setting up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates on the platform.

To ensure campaign success, you will need to validate budgets against allocated POs and ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against campaign goals.

You will also be required to write ad copy that aligns with platform specifications and best practices.

Ongoing performance monitoring will be essential to identify areas of opportunity and adjust campaigns accordingly.

In addition, you will track spending to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals and make adjustments as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience.

At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, including 2 or more years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., is required.

An intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is necessary.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction, process driven and skilled oral and written communicator is an asset.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will have the opportunity to build and grow relationships, develop a thirst for knowledge, and stay open to learning.
