Job Description:

We are seeking a Pricing Associate Temp to join our Sales Support team in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within the defined process and SLAs in conjunction with key stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Pricing Associate Temp will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes and completing price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within the defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Use CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from the centre teams to gain understanding of the local market conditions for consideration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate MS Excel
