Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Labor Relations Specialist to join our team at Aickman & Greene. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor relations matters, developing human resource policies, and resolving employee disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer labor relations policies and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into employee disputes, providing recommendations for resolution.
  3. Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures related to labor relations.
  4. Prepare reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs, utilizing data analytics and insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in labor relations and a strong understanding of PH Labor Laws.
  • Experience in representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
