The Remote Technical Support Representative role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience: Previous call center experience
- Technical Skills: Strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Priorities: Ability to multitask, self-manage, and prioritize tasks effectively
