Job Title:

A Technical Support Specialist position is available for an experienced professional with expertise in multifunction printers and copiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality remote troubleshooting and customer care to clients.
  • Provide clear, professional, and supportive communication throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues, including paper jams, print streaks, driver problems, and network configuration issues.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer drivers, and address device connectivity issues.
  • Log service activities in a CRM system, including timestamps, machine details, issue descriptions, steps taken, and resolution status.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of direct technical support experience working with Xerox printers and copiers, strong knowledge of multifunction printers and common hardware/software issues, and proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

Excellent spoken and written English is required to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support. The successful candidate must be organized, proactive, and capable of resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately.
