Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is a pivotal role in an organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This position plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial data and processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate compensation.

This role supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments. Key responsibilities include leading the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook, overseeing the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, and preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files. Additionally, this position maintains sensitive and confidential information securely, addressing complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.

  • Develop and maintain complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions and provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, and operating cadence.
