Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, GBS Manila & Global Procurement Operations, providing strategic and operational support to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement the Global Business Services' (GBS) strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead high-priority initiatives, managing cross-functional projects that advance strategic priorities, such as new program launches, internal process improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to define, prepare, and communicate organizational plans and strategies.
  • Analyze and report performance based on strategies and business goals, identifying areas needing improvement.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement through effective communication of strategic plans and key organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience working for a multinational organization, preferably US-headquartered.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management, business strategy execution, people leadership, and management within a GBS/Shared Service environment.
  • Proven success in project management, role planning, and leading strategic initiatives, with certification in Project Management or Six Sigma Blackbelt.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct data analysis, draw relevant conclusions, develop recommendations, and drive changes.
