Lead Conversion Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Lead Conversion Specialist to help transform inbound leads into booked evaluations for partner speech therapy practices.

You will be the initial point of contact for patients—providing guidance, answering basic questions, estimating insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments with the right therapist.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and text who are seeking speech therapy services.
  • Build trust and connection quickly, representing our partner practices with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize proprietary tools to estimate out-of-pocket insurance costs.
  • Match patients with suitable therapists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility.
  • Schedule evaluations and follow-ups using EHR and calendar tools.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and outcomes across multiple practices.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple systems.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in patient intake, sales, or cold calling.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, insurance coordination, or therapy-related settings.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
