Key areas of responsibility:

  1. Sales team development: Managing, training, coaching, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  2. Demand forecasting: Providing an accurate, timely, and detailed forecast of demand within the assigned territory according to market movements, channel inventory, and project pipeline.
  3. Pipeline management: Building up a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning. Promoting the usage of CRM tools to track opportunities, generate insightful sales reports, and prioritize sales team activities.
