Job Overview

This role supports the Talent team, contributing to key priorities and delivering strategic consulting advice globally. The role works closely with Leaders to manage business interactions, develop content, and track actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the successful operation of the Talent team at an operational level.
  • Prioritize requirements, issues, and actions raised by senior leaders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to engage with leadership.
  • Buidl Consulting capability across the team.
  • Ensure quality reporting from the Talent team to stakeholders.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
  • Awareness of business strategy and performance trends.
  • Leverage information to prepare reports or presentations for leadership.
  • Ensure availability of regular reports with colleagues across Talent and HR.
  • Analyze business issues/opportunities related to Talent/workforce issues.
Requirements:
  • Significant relationship management skills – ability to work with leaders.
  • Teamwork: partner effectively across ecosystems.
  • Organizational skills: set priorities, operate within constraints, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with talent services, associated processes, and best practices.
