This role serves as an interface between SCM and the wider business, working closely with internal stakeholders to align SCM needs, influence behaviors, and deliver value to the enterprise. The SCM BP is recognized as a source of SCM expertise and acts as a change agent in implementing new processes.

Key Performance AreasStrategy deployment: Supporting the deployment of SCM strategies relevant to business units. Business integration and execution: Delivering on internal customer requirements and priorities. Stakeholder relationship management: Serving as the primary point of contact for the function.

Business management and coordination: Aligning with cross-functional initiatives and fostering collaboration. Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure strategic alignment of the Business Unit (BU) with Shared Services/National SCM.Communicate the value proposition of 1RE SCM and ensure solutions to BU SCM issues. Identify opportunities to contribute SCM value to the BU.Engage closely with business units to understand their needs and priorities.

Support the development and execution of strategic and category strategies. Work with leadership to identify process improvements and measure performance. Ensure SCM practices conform to policies and ethical standards.

Develop workload pipelines, escalate challenges, and prioritize tasks. Support procurement services and project delivery. Manage stakeholder relationships and advocate for procurement technology platforms.

Lead cross-functional projects and ensure seamless end-to-end processes. Coordinate data management activities and support benchmarking. Oversee procurement activities for indirect and support requirements.

Prepare training budgets and support administrative functions. Protect information assets according to ISMS policies. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience leading or supporting strategic projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in procurement, contracting, and policy compliance.

At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management or related functions. At least 5 years of leadership experience. Location: BGC, Taguig City.
