The Mortgage Support Specialist role is a key position within our organization, providing strategic support to debt advisory teams and maintaining a comprehensive reference database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evidence preparation, data analysis, and research enable efficient delivery of advisory work.
  • Quickli workflows setup, broker handovers preparation, and financial statement analysis are critical components of this role.
  • Market trend research and regulatory updates compilation, as well as valuation coordination with lenders, are essential duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Mortgage industry knowledge, including rates, products, and lending criteria for the Australian market.
  • Credit assessment proficiency, encompassing reports, scoring, and serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills, covering statements, tax returns, and complex income structures.

Exceptional written and communication skills are necessary for success in this role, along with cross-team collaboration and presentation capabilities.

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote position via EOR, with core working hours available during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time. Disclosure of any existing roles or client work is required.
