Job Title: Mortgage Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home loan process from account pre-qualification to post-booking.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting pre-qualification of accounts, assisting clients, developers, and brokers with loan inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for credit evaluation, document preparation, and loan signing, facilitating requirements such as NFIS, project appraisals, and compliance for loan approval, preparing and reviewing documents for the issuance of Letter of Guaranty and loan release, and maintaining updated status reports and providing post-booking support to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of banking transactions related to mortgage and loans, proficiency in basic math, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course is preferred, but not required.
