Are you looking to advance your career in the mortgage industry? We're launching a 2-month intensive training academy focused on Australian mortgage loan processing, and we're looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our next batch
About the Training Program
This comprehensive program will cover end-to-end mortgage loan processing, with a strong focus on:
- Credit assessment
- Handling complex loan scenarios
- Document review and validation
- Compliance with Australian lending guidelines
Throughout the program, participants will be required to complete a series of assessments designed to measure progress and understanding of key concepts.
At the end of the course, successful trainees will receive an official Certificate of Completion and will have the opportunity to be endorsed and get placement within Rocket Services' network of leading mortgage practices, providing a genuine pathway to employment and long-term career development.

Program Details
- Duration: 2 months (Full-time)
- Location: Work From Home
- Training Salary: PHP 30,000 per month (Compensation to be reviewed after successfully completing the training program)
- Employment Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 60,000 per month
- Training Bond: A training agreement will be required to ensure commitment and completion of the program
Who Should Apply
- Professionals with at least 1 year exposure in the Australian mortgage lending industry and can successfully pass a mortgage broking assessment prior to joining the program
- Individuals looking to strengthen their knowledge in credit and complex loan scenarios
- Detail-oriented and analytical candidates who possess strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Motivated individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance, Business, or related courses preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in processing Australian home loans (required)
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to undergo full-time training and commit to a training bond
