Job Role Overview

This is a remote, full-time Mortgage Support Specialist position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up workflows using Quickli software and prepare comprehensive handovers for brokers.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends and regulatory changes to ensure the team stays informed.
  • Effectively manage timelines and follow-up on disputes and reorders to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a reference database to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in credit assessment.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in technical skills including Quickli, Broker Engine, Excel, and research methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
