About the role

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience, is seeking an exceptional Insurance/Mortgage Trainer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring our agents are well-equipped to deliver outstanding service to our clients in the banking and financial services industry, with a focus on mortgages.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill our agents on insurance and mortgage products and processes
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that enhance agents' knowledge, skills, and confidence
  • Continuously monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
  • Identify training needs and design tailored solutions to address skill gaps
  • Maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are accurate and relevant
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive excellence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or instructor in the banking/financial services industry, preferably in the mortgage or insurance sector
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and mortgage products, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Proficient in developing and delivering effective training programs, including the use of various training methodologies
  • Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure the impact of training initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business, finance)
