Key Account Receivable Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Receivable Specialist to manage assigned accounts, collect past due amounts, and communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts to identify and resolve outstanding invoices and collections issues
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debt
  • Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit, collections, and AR in a high-volume business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collection processes, including Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex billing structures and invoice calculations
  • Deadline-oriented and goal-driven with a focus on process improvement
