What We Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDM will play a critical role in driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in an BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The following skills are a plus:

  • Understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries.
  • FINRA Series 7.
