Technical Support Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide high-quality technical assistance to customers. This involves evaluating customer complaints and issues, analyzing trends, testing AI models, and educating users on how to maximize the capabilities of our product.

Applicants for this role should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as be comfortable engaging in technical discussions with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL, and experience working with AI and machine learning models are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via various channels
  • Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to stay ahead of customer expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of support experience
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, SQL)
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning models
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
