
Technical Service Advocate

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, chat, or email. This role involves providing first-level technical support for customers experiencing issues with our products or services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Previous tech support or IT helpdesk experience is preferred but not required.
To succeed in this position, you will need to:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using diagnostic tools and resources.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the system for future reference.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures to provide accurate and effective support.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent language skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
