About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality reports and provide routine quality checks on reports produced. You will also partner with our IT team to develop and maintain our HR reporting data warehouse and assist in the development of automated solutions for our HR processes using state-of-the-art tools.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in IT, engineering, math, or statistics.">
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms.">
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL.">
  • Reporting experience from any HR systems or Power BI.">
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills.">
