Efficiency Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Efficiency Enhancement Specialist to join our team. This key role focuses on improving supply chain processes and supporting management in decision-making using Industrial Engineering tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assigned to a specific site but may assist other sites when needed for collaborative efforts.
  • Determines operational standards, sets performance targets, and secures stakeholder agreement through effective communication.
  • Calculates and reviews capacities for manufacturing lines and logistics operations to optimize efficiency.
  • Works closely with supply chain departments to optimize capacity for peak season demands or long-term customer demand increases.
  • Identifies opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements within the supply chain by analyzing current processes.
  • Leads Continuous Improvement projects to drive positive change.
  • Represents the team in Business Strategy Sessions and Cross-Functional projects as required.
  • Maintains adherence to company policies on discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Working Practices (GWP), food safety, quality schemes, safety, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial or management engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant Industrial Engineering experience, including process improvement projects, is essential.
  • Certification in Industrial Engineering is a plus, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and time and motion studies is required to analyze data effectively.
  • Simulation skills are an advantage, allowing for the creation of realistic scenarios.
  • Strong data analysis and process documentation skills are crucial for accurate record-keeping.
  • Exhibits cultural affinity, results-driven mindset, analytical thinking, stress management, self-motivation, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry (food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, electronics) is necessary.
  • Willingness to work in Muntinlupa is a requirement.
