This is a strategic partnership and role that acts as the backbone of a fast-growing real estate business. We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our Founder in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
">Key Responsibilities- Inbox and Communication Management: Manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, triaging emails, responding promptly, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Strategic Calendar Management: Optimize the Founder's calendar across multiple time zones, anticipating needs, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Project and Deal Flow Support: Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals, keeping priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination: Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs, and resolving disruptions.
- Personal Support: Manage personal logistics to ensure the Founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
- Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
