Content Leader

Our company is on a mission to revolutionize the way brands and consumers connect. We are looking for a talented Content Leader to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that drives results.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and assets
  • Manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate quickly
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Strong project management skills and data analysis skills
