Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Handling product-related questions, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently and effectively.
Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support to our customers.
Staying up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a seamless customer experience.
