About the Role

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handling product-related questions, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently and effectively.

  • Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support to our customers.

  • Staying up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.

  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

  • Empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.
