Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner, providing accurate and professional assistance.
  • Offer product information and company policies to customers.
  • Assist with order placement, returns, and shipment tracking.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions for resolution.
  • Elevate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge base of products, services, and company policies to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Identify and address potential customer concerns before they escalate.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other support team members and departments for seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay current with product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

A minimum of two years of experience in LIVE CHAT customer support is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is also essential. Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is preferred.
