
Digital Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:
In this role, you will support customers who have implemented our learning platform. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will manage the digital customer journey for dynamic customers, activate and monitor our playbook, and identify opportunities and risks. You will be successful by automating repetitive tasks, identifying success and risk trends, and actioning playbooks to increase retention, satisfaction, and revenue.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain the digital customer experience for assigned customers.
- Manage day-to-day operations of digital tools and promote process improvement.
- Identify opportunities for reducing repetitive tasks using automation and streamline processes.
- Monitor digital customer journey outcomes and identify opportunities and risks.
- Own communication in the customer success inbound queue and direct customers to appropriate resources.
- Deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities, track customer progress, and ensure success.
- Develop and enable digital campaigns at scale, create response templates, and maintain data integrity standards in Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign content and own inbound opportunity generation and qualification.
- Analyze the customer base to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans from feedback and survey data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- College degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes.
- Ability to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
- Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and tactically.
- Able to solve problems and seek solutions.
